I heart weekends in Perth!

This weekend was all about relaxing, eating lots of yummy food and skyping!

My Boyfriend and I took a little drive to Trig. Here we visited Yelo cafe
( http://www.yelocornerstore.com.au/ ) This is a great little (but very busy) cafe that sells mainly wraps and coffee. We sat outside in the sun and looked out at the beach! Days like that is why I love Perth.

My Delish vegan wrap.

mmmmmm coffee (he thinks)

Trig beach.
It was a lovely 20 degree day!

I definitely dressed for Melbourne and not Perth weather!

Me skyping the adopted cat (and my mum and dad too)

With lovely company I ate homemade currys and drank coconuts.

I ate a falafel kebab and drank a pomegranate and blueberry juice
whilst reading my two fav mags, frankie and peppermint.

New jewellery! From Diva.

After eating my delicious kebab I decided to make my own.
Love macro free from dairy dips! At the moment I have every single flavour I could find at the supermarket in my fridge. Here I used hommas, some bbq sauce, some salads, falafels (a pre made packet mix , just add water) the brand I used is called falafel you an find it in the health food section in your supermarket and I made a home made guacamole, don't forget a little salt and pepper.

Dark choc (dairy free) and strawberry's yummmmm!

Seeded roll, avocado, egg and spouts! Dash of salt and pepper.

Vege ramen. I made ramen with ramen noodles(just from the asian section in the supermarket) and I added any vegetables I had in my fridge e.g. broccoli, capsicum and cabbage. To make the stock I put onion, garlic, ginger, miso (I got this from my local asian grocers, make sure it has not fish in it is you are vegetarian or vegan) dash of soy, chilli oil, sesame oil and vegetable stock or I use chicken style stock. Yum! Make yourself a big bowl!

Its only monday and I can not wait for next weekend to see what adventures I will have, hopefully it involves food, friends and some more new jewelery  :)
